Lee Daniels Wants To Direct the "Gay Mr. & Mrs Smith"

After the huge success of his movie 'The Butler', Lee Daniels is ready to get started with his next film. But this time around, the main characters are expected to have a little twist. Daniels says that the next movie will be like the gay version of 'Mr. & Mrs. Smith'. The movie will be an interracial action flick with two male leads, one who has already been casted. Alex Pettyfer who was a part of the cast for 'The Butler' has already been casted but Daniels is still looking for someone to star opposite. Daniels is not sure if the movie will be a hit like his other films (such as Precious) or if the movie will even be accepted by audiences, but he isn't too concerned about it, "I don't think I'm going to have a problem now. I made $100 million for The Butler," he said. "I'm in a rare group. So this is something I feel good about."
