WHAT: The 2nd Annual Mount Dora Seafood Festvial

The Mount Dora Seafood Festival was originally created by Visit Mount Dora, Inc. to bring awareness to theMount Dora Village Market, the open-air farmer's market that takes place in Elizabeth Evans Park Sunday mornings from 9:00am to 2:00pm. In it's first year the Seafood Festival drew more than 15,000 visitors to Elizabeth Evans Park in the middle of August from all over Florida and as far away as southern Georgia.
Now entering it's 2nd year the Seafood Festival will expand to include all of Edgerton Court in addition to Elizabeth Evans Park for exhibitors and food vendors with the likely inclusion of the adjacent Lakeside Inn property as expanded event area. We are planning to introduce a "Pirate" theme to this year's event including a Pirate village and Pirate themed family zone with family-friendly activities.
