Latto's panty listing violated eBay's health and hygiene standards

Latto's cheetah-print panty was removed from eBay before it could even be sold. Apparently it's because the underwear violated the site's "health and hygiene standards."

As an eBay spokesperson explained to Insider, Latto's listing failed to follow the terms of the company's "used clothing policy," which forbids the sale of used underwear.

“eBay is committed to maintaining a safe and vibrant community by ensuring goods sold on our platform comply with our policies, including our health and hygiene standards,” the spokesperson said, per Insider. “Listings that include used underwear are prohibited under our used clothing policy.”

As reported, Latto attempted to sell her cheetah-print panty on eBay for 99 cents. The listing was created in response to a Twitter user who shared two photos of Latto wearing cheetah-print underwear. "Can't afford new panties," the user wrote, to which the rapper replied, "Oh no, it's the panty police."

She posted an Instagram Story to show fans her underwear collection, which happens to include more than one pair made with cheetah-print fabric.
