Saweetie and Jack Harlow were trending on social media yesterday thanks to a viral video of the two rappers on the red carpet at the 2021 BET Awards Sunday.
In the video captured by The Shade Room, the "What's Poppin" rapper appeared to shoot his shot with the ICY queen, who split from Quavo earlier this year.
As Saweetie walked up to a reporter, Harlow grabbed her by the hand and introduced himself. "I’m Jack," he said, to which Saweetie responded with, "I know."
Harlow appeared visibly nervous in the video, which prompted Saweetie to ask why he was shaking. Harlow then places his hand on top of hers and replied, "Am I? Nobody’s shaking?"
Jack Harlow collaborated on Saweetie's "Tap In" remix last year. Meanwhile, fans have been flooding her Twitter all day Wednesday with questions and comments about whether or not the Bay Area princess and the Louisville rapper should date.
"Spill some tea on Jack Harlow," wrote one fan, while another said," So does @jackharlow have shot at tap tap taping in?"
Yet, others had questions about Saweetie's popular YouTube series, Icy Life, which launched its third season earlier this year, and plans for her 28th birthday on Friday, July 2.
"Um, sister, when are we getting Icy Life back? And are we getting an exclusive episode for your birthday?" one fan tweeted.
