WTH? Moment of the Week
This week takes us to Las Vegas where a Canadian tourist, 34-year-old Mitchell Fairbarn of Ontario, was convicted of animal cruelty recently by a Nevada jury.
He stole a flamingo from the Flamingo Hotel & Casino. It was actually a live flamingo named “Peachy.”
Surveillance video captured this fool carrying the squawking flamingo to his room.
In case you’re wondering...yes. The man was drunk. He said he’d drank about 30 to 40 beers!
Sounds like a stunt from the movie “The Hangover!”
Fairbarn has been in custody since his arrest, according to KLAS. He could face up to 4½ years behind bars when he is sentenced on Dec 1.
